The Professional Side
Dr. Richard Mullin is an engaging and dedicated dentist based in Union, NJ who brings a newer dental perspective to his patients. Dr. Mullin grew up in Clark, NJ where he found his passion for dentistry working for his family’s orthodontic laboratory. After years of enjoying the details and art involved in creating orthodontic appliances, he knew he wanted to dedicate the rest of his life to perfecting the craft and pursuing dentistry.
Dr. Mullin then went on to attend Lafayette College for an undergraduate degree in Biochemistry and then, finally, New York University College of Dentistry, where he specialized in general dentistry. He completed his residency at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs New Jersey Health Care System located in East Orange, NJ where he was able to expand his knowledge in the field of dentistry while treating those who served our country.
Dr. Mullin’s expansive dental experience includes procedures such as: dental implants, root canals, tooth extractions, dental fillings and crowns, and teeth whitening. Dr. Mullin plans to continue educating himself on the latest dental technology and procedures to ensure that his patient’s needs are always satisfied. Outside of dentistry, Dr. Mullin stays active enjoying activities such as hiking, golf, swimming and skiing.
